To change your booking please contact us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled performance of services. Cancellations must be completed by calling 1800 FIX MY PC (1800 34 96 97). Note all services are subject to our terms and conditions.
If you are not satisfied with your service: Please call 1800 FIX MY PC (34 96 97) for resolution. We stand behind our support services for 14 days. If there is a problem with the service we provided and you notify us within the stated time period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost.
