Client had installed a driver advisor yesterday, today keyboard doesn't work and correct graphics resolution is not available. - Keyboard is PS/, works ok in BIOS but not in Windows. Windows was unable to rest/restore, boot device error was appearing, apparently Hard disk was had fault for not being able to boot the OS. Customer bought a new SSD Drive and new fresh windows was installed (windows key was automatically taken from Laptop Bios) New System was up and running.5072
