|Kaspersky info box on screen reports that the Webcam has been blocked. - In the Kaspersky settings I found the Webcam security feature & turned off the "Disable all" webcam settings & set Kaspersky to alert when the webcam is being used.||2903|
|Watched the problem occur Steve had a spare mouse & I asked him to use the spare mouse. While Steve was putting in the new mouse I did some typing on the screen and everything appears to work OK Steve put in the new mouse & did some testing and now everything is working ok||2536|
