Fixed Wifi issues by uninstalling wifi driver and reinstalling. Reboot then reinstalled driver and wifi now working.However. Tis computer is running very poorly and does require a reinstallation of Windows as it seems o be riddled with malware.Taken offsite to do a Fresh Install.	Redcliffe
Changed customers pin password so an easier pin number that Jill knows.Also checked email account and showed Jill how to unsubscribe from emails to save download data on her phone.Also turned off auto downloading of attachments on Jills mobile phone.Set up ribbon icons in Word for easier usage. eg print buttons now appear on ribbon bar.Set Chrome as defualt app for opening web pages. set Acrobat reader as default app for opening pdf documents in email. WiFi extender Ethernet seems to be faulty.Configured wifi adapter connecting to main WiFi from NBN router.Did notice that internet connection dropped out for seconds or so a couple of times but the wifi signal and connection was all ok between the PC and the router.Also connected my laptop and ran pings a same time so issue not with the PC.There maybe a NBN issue to be looked at. Found Office HS installed this does not have outlook. Customer owns Office HB which does have outlook. Uninstalled Office and Office . Installed Office HB . Installed Windows on new TB SSD HDD.Installed Trend Micro AVInstalled Acrobat ReaderInstalled NVidia driversIssues with installing MS Office HS. Microsoft does not have any record that this license was installed linked to customers email account. Further investigation is needed.	Margate
