Once this was complete, the password was changed as per customer request, and the new machine was reinstalled for the data transfer. Once this was completed the customer was shown the location of the recovered files and how to access them.||4815|
|Customer visited, devices inspected; Computer not communicating with TP-Link wireless USB receiver (USB), both local network and connecting devices were reset. PC configured for wireless receiver to pick up network and connect as quickly as possible. Drivers reinstalled, updates installed and device successfully connecting after a restart.||4817|
|Customer visited, devices inspected; devices connecting to previously established network, but unable to correctly load pages. Printer was also unable to connect to the established network while being plugged in. Physical network was examined and reconfigured, as some cabling was not correctly installed. Once all physical issues were amended, the devices were able to connect accurately and consistently to the network. Devices were tested before leaving premises.||4812|
